We would be very happy to be Partners with your Hotel. We understand that both sides have to do Business and must have mutual Agreement on the kind of Partnership we will have.

By Adding your Hotel to Globe-hotels.com website you agree that your hotel details can be used for advertisement on the internet on Search Engines such as Google, MSN, Overture, Alta vista for the benefit of the Hotel and Globe-hotels.com

The Hotel also agrees that Globe-hotels.com Hotel Inspectors can come to the Hotel and do a site inspection after informing the Hotel of the visit or without informing the Hotel.

The Hotel agrees to give precise information on the facilities and amenities.

Such as Pools, Sports facilities, Sauna, Room amenities, Credit Cards accepted.

The Hotel agrees to pay a Commission of 15% or more on the Net Room Rate per night to Globe-hotels.com for all Reservations made by Globe-hotels.com

If Globe-hotels.com has Contracted Room Rates with the Hotel, Globe-hotels.com will decide what Rates to offer. The Contracted Rates must be Discounted Rates and non-Commissionable.

The Hotel agrees that if it is fully booked, Globe-hotels.com clients must not be booked out to other hotels.

Globe-hotels.com reserves the right to accept or reject any hotel on our site without giving any explanation whatsoever.

The Hotel agrees to inform Globe-hotels.com of any special offers and when the offers expire.

These offers could be on Room Rates or other services such as Restaurants.

The Hotel agrees to inform all Globe-hotels.com clients of any privileges such as Loyalty Cards offered by the Hotel.

The Hotel agrees to inform Globe-hotels.com about cancellation policy
