How do I make a reservation?
From our Hotels Search or from every hotel details page choose the hotel you want to stay in and press or click on "Book Now’’ Button at the hotel page. You will be taken into a Reservation form. On the form, just follow the instructions. After you fill out all of the needed information; press the "Book Now" button. You will receive an e-mail that informs that the reservation has been transmitted.
 
How long will it take to get a hotel's confirmation?
If the space is available, the booking can be confirmed within 4 to 6 hours. Once it is confirmed you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. Please print this confirmation and present it to the Hotels Reception.
If no more allotment is available at that moment, we will make the request to the hotel. In this case, it might take 1 or 2 working days.
 
What if the hotel I requested is not available?
Our Travel Experts will notified you via e-mail if your requested hotel is not available. They will try to find hotels of comparable standards, prices and in the same area (if available) for your considerations.
 
Can I make a reservation directly through the hotel?
Yes you can, but the prices displayed on Globe-hotels.com are available only through our website. If you make a reservation at the hotel, you maybe charged Rack Rates or 30% to 50% more than our Rates.
 
When do I need to Pay?
Once we confirm reservation in return E-mail for you, you will be given Option date that you need to settle all your payments on or before this date in failure to settle all the payments before the Option date your reservation will be automatically be cancelled.
 
If I do not pay by the due Date is my reservation still valid?
If you a not able to pay by the due Date, your Reservation will be cancelled depending on the Policy of the Hotel.
 
Are taxes included in your prices?
Yes all Taxes are inclusive unless stated otherwise.
 
Are your Rates per Room or per Person?
All our Rates are per Room per Night.
 
Cancellation Policy
 
What is your cancellation policy?
1) Cancellation policy will be advised to you by our reservation agents when you make a booking since the cancellation policy of each hotel vary from each other.
2) No show - means no email or notification of cancellation was received to our office that the guest is unable to travel before the check-in date. Payments are non refundable and will be forfeited accordingly.
